Sonatrach May Preempt Elf Farm In Agreement For Rhourde ElBaguel
Algerian Oil Minister Youcef Yousfi has said that Algeria痴state energy company Sonatrach is likely to exercise its right to preemptAtlantic Richfield Company痴 (Arco痴) sale of a 40% stake in the Rhourde ElBaguel field in Algeria to France痴 Elf Aquitaine.
