Iraq Agrees To Increase Oil Exports To Jordan To 96,000 B/D
Iraq has agreed to increase its crude oil and refined product exports to Jordan in 1998to 4.8mn tons (96,000 b/d), compared to 4.5mn tons in 1997, and to reduce the price of theoil by $2.35/B, according to an agreement signed in Baghdad on 29 December by the IraqiMinister of Oil, Dr. Amir Rashid, and the Jordanian Energy Minister, Mr. Muhammad Salehal-Hourani.
