Qatargas Poised To Win Turkey's 1998 LNG Import Tender

Turkey's Botas appears to have reached a preliminary decision in favor of Qatargas inthe bidding for its 1998 liquefied natural gas import tender. Officials from the twocompanies are due to finalize the deal on 2 February, however, and nobody is ruling out alast-minute attempt by Botas to obtain better terms.
