Qatari Budget Sees Spending And Income Fall, But Deficit Rises
Qatar has revised down total revenues and expenditures in its budget for the financialyear 1998-99 starting on 1 April, but the result is a higher deficit of QR3,306mn($908mn), up 11% on the projection for 1997-98.
