Russian Oil Exports Decline By 340,000 B/D In March
MEES understands that due to the low level of crude oil prices and the high costof transportation Russian oil exports of around 100,000 b/d by railway through Finlandhave declined gradually since January to come to an almost complete stop in March.Moreover, Russian oil exports by pipeline (crude) and railway (products) through Latviadeclined by 240,000 b/d in March compared to February.
