Kazakstan's Nazarbayev Appoints "New Generation" To Energy Posts
Kazakstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev has dismissed the President of Kazakhoil andthe Minister of Energy for what a government spokesman has described as a "newgeneration" of managers.
