King Fahd Appoints His Son Minister of State
King Fahd ibn 'Abd al-'Azizof Saudi Arabia has appointed his son, Prince 'Abd al-'Aziz, Minister of State without portfolio. The Prince hadpreviously served as advisor to King Fahd. The Saudi cabinet has seven other Ministers ofState without portfolio.
