Arranging Group For Oman Fertilizer Company Announced
A group comprising Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP), Arab Banking Corporation (ABC) andJP Morgan has been selected as lead-arrangers of some $850mn in debt financing for theOman-India Fertilizer Company (OMIFCO). The total project cost is $1.12bn. The equityparticipants in the deal, who will have to come up with some $270mn in financing, are: theOman Oil Company (50%), and the Indian firms Rashtriya Chemicals...
