Anbari Says UNSCOM Work Would Lead To Deadlock
Dr. Abd al-Amir al-Anbari, Iraq's ambassador to UNESCO, said on 18 May that should Iraqdecide that the UN Special Commission (UNSCOM) operations will remain open-ended and willnot lead to any conclusion, then "a deadlock would be inevitable."
