EIB Commitment To Water Management, Energy And Industry In Egypt
On 10 June, the European Investment Bank (EIB) announced that it will lend a total ofECU170 million ($183mn) to three Egyptian projects. Just over half of the loan(ECU95mn/$102mn) will be allocated to water management and irrigation schemes in Upper andMiddle Egypt.
