Socar Awards Inam Offshore Block
The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (Socar) has signed an agreement with Amoco,Monument Oil and Gas Plc and Central Fuel Caspian Sea Ltd. (a joint venture between theUK's EuroSov Energy Plc and Russia's state-owned Central Fuel Co.) covering exploration,development and production sharing in the offshore Inam block.
