Japan Signs Loan Agreement With Yemen
Japan has signed a loan agreement worth 3.238bn ($23mn) with the Yemeni Government tobe used for the purchase of medical equipment, television broadcasting equipment and coastguard boats. The agreement coincides with a debt rescheduling agreed upon with Italy for atotal of $5.2mn in line with Paris Club discussions.
