Dong Ah Signs Letter Of Intent For Phase III Of GMR
South Korea's Dong-Ah Construction Industrial Co. has announced that it has signed aletter of intent with the Libyan Government to build the third stage of the Great Man-MadeRiver (GMR) project, valued at around $5.1bn.
