Morocco Awards Exploration Permit To Vanco Of US
Morocco's state-owned oil company ONAREP has awarded an exclusive reconnaissance permitto Houston-based Vanco Energy Company in the offshore Safi Haute Mer block. The blockcovers 18,700 sq. kms., making it one of the largest acreage permits awarded by ONAREP inrecent years. The block extends from the Atlantic coast to a depth of 3,000 ms.
