Kazakstan Sells Share In OKIOC To Phillips Of US And Inpex Of Japan

In separate deals, the Kazak Government has sold its 14.3% share in the OffshoreKazakstan International Operating Company (OKIOC) to Phillips Petroleum Company of the USand the Japanese-owned Indonesian Petroleum Co.
