Saudi Aramco Signs $2.6Bn Loan With International Consortium
Following an announcement in July that Saudi Aramco was seeking $2bn in syndicatedfinance, the company has now announced the signing of a $2.6bn facility with a consortiumof 17 banks. The facility, which was lead arranged by JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, is atwo-stage four-year term loan priced at 30bps over Libor for the first and second year andthen 32.5bps for the third and fourth year...
