Firms Bid For Lebanon Gas Network Feasibility Study
The Lebanese daily al-Nahar reported on 26 November that five USand European consulting firms have made bids for a feasibility study on a project tosupply natural gas to Lebanese power stations. The projected 220-kms. gas supply networkwill run from Homs in Syria to Baddawi near Tripoli in northern Lebanon and then to Zoukand Zahrani on the Mediterranean coast.
