Qatar To Launch Q-Tel IPO On 1 December
Qatar announced on 25 November that 45mn shares in the state-ownedtelecommunications company Q-Tel will be on sale as of 1 December at a price of $16.5 pershare. The minimum application will be for 200 shares and each investor can hold a maximumof 10% of the shares on offer.
