KFAED Signs $49Mn Loan Agreement With Syria
The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) on 13 Decembersigned a loan agreement worth $15mn with Syrias Minister of State for Planning, Mr.'Abd al-Rahim al-Siba'i. The loan is to be used to part finance a $297mn, 100km. highwaywhich will link the Syrias main port Latakia to Eriha.
