Clyde Farms Out A Working Interest To Canada's Transglobe In Howarine Block No. 32
MEES learns that Clyde Expro of the UK farmed out late last month to Canada's Transglobe Energy a working interest in the production sharing agreement (PSA) covering Yemen's Howarine Block No. 32. Under the terms of the agreement Transglobe Energy will earn a 26.5% equity in the PSA by funding the cost of the drilling of the Sabiyah wildcat No. 1, which is due to be spudded...
