Iraq Approves Secondment Of Dr. Ramzi Salman To Qatar
MEES learns from authoritative sources that Qatar has approached the Iraqi authorities regarding the secondment of Dr. Ramzi Salman as adviser to the Minister of Energy and Industry, Mr. 'Abdallah al-'Attiyah. The Iraqi Government is understood to have agreed in principle to the secondment of Dr. Salman pending the expiration of his term as OPEC Deputy Secretary General next month.
