IEOC Starts Production From Qattara Basin
The Agip subsidiary International Egyptian Oil Company (IEOC) has started production from two concession permits in the Qattara Depression basin in Egypt's Western Desert. Production is now running at about 3,800 b/d from the al-Faras field in the Ras Qattara permit and the Raml field in the West Abu al-Gharadiq tract.
