Russia's Duma Passes Bill Allowing Resumption Of Trade With Iraq
Russia's Duma (the parliament's lower house) passed a bill on 4 Juneallowing resumption of trade with Iraq despite the UN sanctions. The bill, sponsored byultra-nationalist deputy Alexei Mitrofanov, was passed 289-20.
