Threshold In Iran Sanctions Now Cut To $20Mn; D'Amato Seeks To Punish Bow Valley
In accordance with Section 4(d) of the 1996 Iran and Libya Sanctions Act (ILSA), thetrigger for investments in the Iranian oil industry will be lowered to $20mn as of 6August, one year after ILSA's anniversary.
