New Regulations For Companies Wanting To Go Public In Saudi Arabia
The Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia has proposed new rules and regulations oncompanies wishing to go public in the Kingdom. Under the new regulations, which have yetto be approved by King Fahd or to be published in the Official Gazette, a companywishing to sell shares to the public should:
