Tethys Well Test On Saiwan East Exceeds Expectations
Swedens Tethys Oil and CC Energy Development (CCED) have completed production tests from the Saiwan East-3 well on Block 4 in onshore Oman, they announced on 6 July. The appraisal well, spudded in early June and drilled to a total depth of 1,800ms, achieved a maximum rate of 10,714 b/d of 32.4 API oil. The well was targeting a light oil discovery made in the Khufai formation in 2009....
