Logistical Delays And Rising Domestic Refinery Runs Contribute ToIran's Crude Export Decline
The sharp drop in Iranian crude exports registered last month appears to have occurredagainst a backdrop of logistical delays which disrupted shipments during the latter halfof September. Several of Iran's large FOB customers had cargoes loading at the end of themonth, but were asked by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to delay their liftingsuntil early October....
