S&P Assigns BLOM BB-Rating
The US ratings agency Standard and Poor's (S&P) announced on 17 November that ithad assigned Lebanese bank Banque du Liban et d'Outre-Mer (BLOM) a long-term counterpartyrating of BB- with a stable outlook.
