Japans May Crude Imports Down From April, Up Year-On-Year
Japanese crude oil imports for May averaged 3.458mn b/d, down 9.8% from Aprils average of 3.834mn b/d, but up by 1.8% from the May 2009 average of 3.398mn b/d, according to monthly imports data released by Japans Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) on 30 June.
