LibyaCuts November Crude Price Formulas By 5 Cents/B
Libya has reduced its crude oil price formulas forthemonth of November by 5 cents/B. The heavy offshore Bouri(26 API) crude was also reduced by 5 cents/B to IranianHeavy ex-Sidi Kerir minus 30 cents/B. The following tableshows the adjustment factors for Libyan crudes in relationto Dated Brent during the course of 1995 ($/B):
