Saudi British Bank To Raise Capital
The board of directors of Saudi British Bank has announced that it intends to recommend to the bank's shareholders that the bank raise its capital by 25% from its current SR1bn ($266.6mn) to SR1.25bn. The bank said that the capital will be raised gradually and that in order to widen the shareholder base and balance supply with demand (presumably by increasing the shares' marketability) one bonus share...
