Al-Turki Reappointed OAPEC Secretary General
The Council of Ministers of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) decided at its annual meeting held in Cairo on 9 December to renew the appointment of Mr. 'Abd al-'Aziz al-Turki as Secretary General for three more years as of March 1996.
