CGES Sees Danger Point For Prices In 2Q 1996
Although crude oil prices have risen by more than $2/B since early October due to the impact of hurricane Roxanne, the onset of cold weather in the US and Europe and strong demand from Far East refineries, the Monthly Oil Report published by the London-based Centre for Global Energy Studies (CGES) warns that the second quarter of next year could emerge as a danger point for prices....
