Algeria Projects Fall In 1996 Budget Deficit
In its draft economic program for 1996, the Algerian Government is projecting a budget deficit of AD99.4bn ($1.9bn), down 33% from the deficit of AD148.4bn ($2.8bn) in 1995. Total revenue is set at AD749.2bn ($14.0bn) and total expenditure at AD848.6bn ($15.9bn).
