DZPC Awards Qahar Water Injection Contract To PetroFac
Dair al-Zur Petroleum Company (DZPC), the joint venture owned 50% by the state-owned Syrian Petroleum Company (SPC) and 50% by France's Elf, has awarded a contract worth about $18mn to PetroFac International of the UK to install a water injection scheme for the Qahar field in DZPC's Dair al-Zur permit in eastern Syria.
