NIOC Claims Rerouting Of Indian Oil Payments Through Gazprombank
The Director of International Affairs at the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), Mohsen Qamsari, told a press conference on 28 October that part of the outstanding $5bn debt India incurred for oil supplies has been paid through Russias Gazprombank.
