Iran Increases Domestic Product Prices
The Iranian Ministry of Oil announced on 3 April increases in the price of domestic petroleum products. The increase follows price rises for domestic products sales a year ago (MEES, 3 April 1995) and is in line with government efforts to reduce subsidies on petroleum products which have been estimated to cost Iran some $10bn annually.
