Apicorp Plans To Raise Capital By $60Mn
The Board of Directors of the OAPEC-sponsored Arab Petroleum Investment Corporation (Apicorp) decided at a meeting held in Cairo on 1 April to increase the company's paid-up capital to $460mn from the present $400mn. The capital increase, which has to be approved by Apicorp's next General Assembly meeting scheduled to be held in Cairo on 8 April, will be made available from the company's general reserve.
