Caspian Pipeline Consortium Appears To Be Back On Track
A protocol signed in the Kazakstan capital of Almaty on 27 April may finally put the long-troubled Tengiz-Black Sea oil pipeline back on track, with the original members of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) making room for eight oil companies to step in and provide financing and expertise for a combined 50% stake in the company.
