Aramco Holds Discussions With Petrogal On Possible Downstream Partnership
Petrogal, Portugal's state-owned oil company, announced on 23 May that it was talking to Saudi Aramco as well as other interested international firms with a view to securing a strategic partner for its downstream operations. Aramco officials are understood to have held preliminary discussions with the Economy Ministry, Petrogal and Petrocontrol on the subject....
