DME Says Oman Crude Trading Volume Nearing 3Mn B/D This Year
Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) marked its third anniversary on 1 June with the announcement that average daily trading of its flagship DME Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract has increased by 130% since 2008, to average 2,955 lots a day since the start of 2010, equivalent to around 3mn b/d of traded oil.
