Egypt's Reserves: 3.1Bn Barrels Of Crude Oil And 22.3 TCF Of Gas
MEES understands that as of January of this year Egypt's crude oil reserves stood at 3.1bn barrels and its gas reserves at 22.3 trillion cubic feet (tcf). The crude oil reserves figure represents a drop from recent estimates of 3.3bn barrels, but the gas reserves figure is generally in line with recent estimates though some reports have put the figure as high as 24 tcf.
