More Aid To Lebanon
The Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) will lend Lebanon KD13.5mn ($45mn) to help finance the reconstruction of infrastructure damaged by Israel's military attacks on Lebanon last April. The loan agreement, signed on 17 June, carries annual interest at 3% and will be repaid in 25 years including a six-year grace period.
