EFG And Hermes To Merge
On 20 June, the Egyptian Financial Brokerage Group and Hermes, two of the leading finance houses on the Cairo stock market, have announced that they intend to merge their corporate finance and brokerage functions. In its statement announcing the news, EFG gave no reason for the merger.
