Iran-Kazak Swap Deal Delayed
The Iran-Kazak crude oil swap deal, which was due to start in July or August (MEES, 24 June), has apparently been delayed until at least September, according to sources close to the Kazak Government, because of the failure of the two countries to resolve the question of transit fees.
