Saudi Aramco Discovers More Light Crude In Central Arabia
Saudi Aramco has discovered new reserves of Arab Super Light (ASL) crude in Central Saudi Arabia. Announcing the discovery on 17 July, the Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Mr. Ali Naimi told the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that a new well - Asila-1 - tested at an average rate of 2,420 b/d of 49.4ー API crude.
