US And Russia Deposit Mideast Bank Agreement With UN
Representatives of the United States and Russia - the co- sponsors of the Middle East peace process - on 28 August deposited the agreement for the Bank for Economic Cooperation and Development in the Middle East with the UN Secretary General and declared the agreement formally open for signature by prospective members.
