South Korea's Dong Ah To Construct Third Phase Of GMR Project
The Libyan Government has decided to award the South Korean firm Dong Ah the contract for the construction of the the third phase of the giant Great Man-made River (GMR) project, whose estimated cost is some $5.1bn. Dong Ah was the contractor for the first two phases of the project whose costs were set at $5.5bn and $3.3bn respectively .
