Yemen And Eritrea Sign Red Sea Arbitration Accord
Yemen and Eritrea signed in Paris on 3 October an agreement to set up a panel of five international judges to arbitrate the dispute between them over sovereignty of the Hunaish and Zuqar islands in the Bab al-Mandib passage at the mouth of the Red Sea (MEES, 16 September).
