EGPC Bids Committee Approves Two Offers
The bids committee of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) has approved two bid offers submitted by: (1) Pennzoil of the US for the 34-sq. km. North July offshore block in the Gulf of Suez, and (2) Egyptian private sector businessman Husam Abu al-Futuh for the 28,000-sq. km.
